There are 24 villas at Villas Palma of which, the majority will have underbuilds that can be finished to living standard or left as storage. All underbuilds will have natural sunlight and ventillation as there is a lower terrace for each one.
Swimming pools are optional with a choice of 6×3 or 7×3
All villas have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms but a fourth bedroom with bathroom can be added to the underbuild level.
